We were worried our kids (ages 8 and 10) would get bored on a cultural trip, but George Town was like a giant playground! The agency designed a ‘treasure hunt’ itinerary for the street art. The boutique heritage hotel they booked was stunning and had a great pool for the kids. A perfect mix of education and fun.
Arrived in Penang. Checked into a restored Chinese shophouse hotel. The architecture is stunning.
Spent the morning hunting down the famous Ernest Zacharevic murals on Armenian Street. The kids loved riding the trishaw!
Evening tour of the best street food stalls. Even our picky eaters loved the Char Kway Teow and sweet Apom Balik.
Authentic moments captured during the trip.
